Our Background
Kur & Co. Advocates (the Firm) is a full-service law firm that constitutes of several advocates, legal consultants and a number of paralegal and administrative staff.
It was established way back in 2006 after the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) in Naivasha Kenya in 2005. It is a partnership registered entity under the laws of the Republic of South Sudan.
The Firm has evolved over the years in terms of personnel and a wide spectrum of legal services it offers as the firm focuses on South Sudan laws, offering expert legal advice over a range of specialist practice areas with the ability and experience to advise on and execute complex international transactions.
