Mr. Kur Lual Kur, LLM, Senior Partner, is an advocate of the High Court of South Sudan, admitted to the Bar in 1993, having attained his Bachelor’s of Law from Cairo University – Khartoum Branch in 1990 and also holds a Master Degree in laws LLM from University of Juba.
Mr. Kur has vast experience as a lawyer having worked as a lawyer in Private sector and private practice. A member of the Sudan Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Khartoum centre of Arbitrators.
His areas of specialization include criminal litigation, Corporate, Commercial Law, Contracts, Privatization and International Law.
He is a member of the South Sudan Law Society and he currently heads the legal administration Council of Stats of South Sudan (upper house).
Mr. Chut D’Aleer Deng, LLM is an advocate of the High Court of South Sudan having attained his Bachelors of Law Degree from Cairo University (Khartoum Branch) in 2008 and also holds a Master Degree from Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University. He has been practicing as an advocate for the last 7 years.
Chut is also a member of South Sudan Bar Association, East African Law Society. He is the Managing Partner with experience in Civil & Criminal Litigation, Consultancy and Contract Law. Chut has vast training in International Arbitration, negotiation, drafting and management contract, oil & gas contracting and trial advocacy skills. He is also currently pursuing his Doctoral studies in Law.
